The machine efficiently manages the entire process, from cleaning and hulling to milling. It separately expels husks, chaff, blighted grains, and polished rice.

Additionally, a jet blower is installed near the outlet for finished white rice. This feature not only reduces the rice's temperature but also separates chaff from the white rice. The result is a much clearer final product.

Structure and Working Principle

The SB Series Rice Mill Machine features dual operational systems: rice milling and bran removal. Grains are introduced into the grinding chamber via the hopper, where they are milled by the grinding wheel. Following the milling process, the grains are expelled through the rice outlet. Portions of the shell and bran, removed during milling, exit through the sugar screen hole into the grinding chamber. The remaining materials are expelled by the airflow of the bran remover as the grains are discharged from the rice outlet. The separated bran is then evacuated from the machine by the fan.

The whitening efficiency of grain is influenced by several factors. These include the grain size of the grinding wheel, the number of machine revolutions, the gap in the grinding chamber, the pressure, and the resistance level within the grinding chamber. The pressure in the grinding chamber can be regulated by adjusting the grain flow at both the inlet and outlet. Additionally, altering the length of the grain pushing wing can also affect pressure. The resistance within the grinding chamber can be modified by adjusting the position of the female knife. Furthermore, the bran removal effect can be managed by altering the position of the adjusting plate to change the airflow of the bran remover.
